In accordance with the orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 3, 2015 No. 682 and dated November 28, 2017 No. 416, the Procedure for Considering Investment Programs approved by the Presidium of the Market Council dated May 18, 2017, the Market Council considers investment programs for modernization, expansion, reconstruction and (or) renewal of energy producing organizations.
